The traditional Greek stone villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, terrace and outdoor swimming pool all with sea views.
With white lime-washed walls and a traditional wooden beamed ceiling, it is designed and built specifically for a relaxing and luxurious holiday in all seasons with all modern comforts. There is free private parking and free WiFi.
The entrance opens onto a living room with underfloor heating and sofas either side of a central wood-burning fireplace. A lime-washed wooden staircase leads up to a mezzanine area stocked with board games and books.
The modern kitchen has a Bosch oven and microwave, ceramic induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and sandwich toaster.
The living room opens to a shaded balcony, a perfect place to enjoy breakfast coffee gazing across the blue horizon of the Aegean sea, or an evening drink with the lights of Skopelos town twinkling in the distance.
Enjoy sunny days on the large pool terrace with its outdoor kitchenette and shaded dining area.
